Flexible Trim WM618/CM618: 9/16 Thick, 5.25 Tall, 12' Flexible Base Moulding
Category: duzzy flexible baseboard molding trim

Employ conventional woodworking instruments for this material. Install moldings in a relaxed posture always. Apply continuous construction or panel adhesive on the backside and secure them with nails until the adhesive sets. A crucial note: abstain from using staples; maintain a minimal nail density (no less than 6 inches apart) and avoid nailing within 3/8 inch of the molding edge. Flex Trim is stable, impervious to moisture, perfect for humid conditions, and remains unaltered by temperature extremes.
Before installing, allow the material to naturally regain its original form, this is an opportune moment to verify the moldings' style and application. Never pre-finish the material beforehand; any post-installation flexing could lead to finish cracks. Ensure the application surface is flat and smooth; the molding will conform to any irregularities.
Avoid using staples or nails with large heads. Keep the number of nails to a minimum and away from edges to prevent edge bumps. Opt for construction adhesive in combination with, or instead of, nails or screws for a seamless and clean finish.
This flexible polyurethane resin is designed for painting applications only. It effortlessly bends to accommodate a minimum radius of 10 inches. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, Flex Trim maintains its integrity under high moisture exposure, preventing warping, rot, or cracking.
